Little Orchard Search & Selection was formed in 2005 to offer a range of professional recruitment services combined with a level of personal attention to detail that is sadly often lacking in todays recruitment industry. 

We now have some 25 years experience recruiting a range of management roles, predominantly within the food, FMCG and industrial manufacturing sectors. 

Having managed assignments for a large number of high-profile, household name clients, we concluded that all of these companies have one major, common requirement; a truly impartial 'best-practice' service that looks at each vacancy on its merits, before recommending the most efficient and cost-effective route to filling the position. This is coupled by exceptional levels of communication with the client at all times, typically second-guessing likely pitfalls so that the process always remains on course.
