Finding the right candidate is of course only part of the recruitment process. The effective management of candidates - successful or unsuccessful - not only ensures a position is effectively filled but can also maintain and indeed enhance the reputation of your company. 

As such, Little Orchard Search & Selection ensures that all candidates remain fully briefed throughout the recruitment process. 

This can range from questioning and understanding their motivation for a career move (and communicating this frankly with the client), through to anticipating and managing counter-offers. 

The role of Little Orchard is to present the role and the client to a potential candidate, not to over-sell an opportunity with false promises. We are fully aware that as a company we are judged on the long-term success of the candidate within the role.
